During a trip to Vietnam we discovered the truly beautiful nature of South East Asia. We started our journey in busy Hanoi by taking the night train to Sapa. While in Sapa we were surrounded by a wonderful landscape of golden rise fields. A place where the sun, sky and mountains where playing hide and seek through the clouds. We were walking through terraced rice paddies, Indigo fields, Bamboo forests, rivulets and small waterfalls. Water buffaloes and pigs stared at us from rice fields. Our three day trekking trip in one of the most stunning places I have ever seen, allowed us to stay with locals in their villages and learn about their culture.
